Privacy
This covers the Ordo website at ordolabs.ai. The Ordo application that labs log into is a separate thing with its own agreement, and none of what follows describes it.
What we collect
If you fill in the form, we store what you typed: your email address, and your name, your message and what you are interested in if you filled those in. We also store where you came from, which means the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you followed. That is how we find out which of the things we do actually bring people here.
If you do not fill in the form, we store nothing about you at all. We do not log your IP address, we do not record your browser's user agent, and we do not put anything on your device that outlives the visit.
Analytics
We count page views with Plausible, which is hosted in the EU. It sets no cookies and builds no profile, so there is nothing here to consent to and no banner asking you to. It tells us how many people read a page and roughly where in the world they were. It cannot tell us who you are, and neither can we.
We picked it over Google Analytics for that reason. Analytics that needs a consent banner only measures the people who click accept, which is a skewed half of your visitors and worse than useless for deciding anything.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Form submissions sit in Azure storage in West Europe (Netherlands), in the EU. We keep a signup until you ask us to delete it.
We do not sell any of it, and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising. The only people who read it are us.
Getting your data removed
Email hello@ordolabs.aiand ask, and we will delete it. You do not have to give a reason. You can also ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
